The following instructions are intended to help eliminate unnecessary delays and errors in processing purchase orders for equipment in this section. The parts section is compiled according to the logical order and grouping of the parts of the basic machine as described in this manual. Part numbers and descriptions are used to help locate the required parts and quantities. 2. The purchase order must include the name and address of the person or organization ordering the parts (who is responsible) and, if possible, the serial number of the machine ordering the parts. 4. The purchase order must clearly list the quantity of each part, complete and correct part number (be sure to include all periods), and basic name of the part. The manufacturer reserves the right to replace parts as appropriate. Some parts are not listed items, they are special production items that are not normally in stock and require special handling. Please quote for these parts before placing purchase order. The manufacturer reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
